Stop flushing away assets and time. Recycle and reuse!

Compare the Absorbent Pad Process to the Spillpro
Absorbent Pad Spillpro
Go get the absorbent pad and carry it back.
Go get the Spillpro and wheel it back
Put the pad on the spill Attach your air hose to the Spillpro
Wait for the pad to soak up the spill...back to your project for a bit Pick up the spill in seconds
Still waiting Roll the unit to your waste oil tank and evacuate the unit
Messy retrevial and take to ? Spray BioRem-2000 Surface Cleaner microbes on the remaining film and you're finished!!!
EPA approved to wash down the drain.
Still have a smaller remaining spill to clean up You are working on another project knowing you have retreved an asset to sell, reuse, or recycle later for $$$
Apply floor dry Long since finished the spill and working on paid projects in the shop
Work on something else for a while Still earning
Go back and pick up floor dry Still earning income
Take the oil soaked floor dry to approved dumpster and pay someone to take it all away Long ago finished with spill and extra expenses, while saving an asset to reuse.  Still able to work on other jobs

Used oil can be recycled in the following ways:

Reconditioned on site, which involves removing impurities from the used oil and using it again.  While this form of recycling might not restore the oil to its original condition, it does prolong its usable life, saving thousands of dollars in a short time.  As an example, process 100 gallons in 6 months = $1,000 savings.  A small farm does that much.  If all the equipment to do the onsite reuse project cost $2,000...one can see how fast it can pay for itself and add $$$ to your bottom line being efficient and envirnmentally friendly.
Check out the test results of used oil run through our Spillpro with our added filter system.  Remarkable results!

Inserted into a petroleum refinery, which involves introducing used oil as a feedstock into either the front end of the process or the coker to produce gasoline and coke.

Re-refined, which involves treating used oil to remove impurities so that it can be used as a base stock for new lubricating oil. Re-refining prolongs the life of the oil resource indefinitely.  This form of recycling is the preferred option because it closes the recycling loop by reusing the oil to make the same product that it was when it started out, and therefore uses less energy and less virgin oil.

Processed and burned for energy recovery, which involves removing water and particulates so that used oil can be burned as fuel to generate heat or to power industrial operations. This form of recycling is not as preferable as methods that reuse the material because it only enables the oil to be reused once.  But not with our GreatGreenSolutions filter system! Reuse the oil three times in the crankcase and then burn as diesel.  Valuable energy is provided (about the same as provided by normal heating oil) in the last step as it burns hot and clean.

EPA has information about some of this, but they still do not know about us and our quicker, cleaner and efficient methods.  We are in the process of fixing that!

Used Crankcase Oil can be turned into Diesel

Used motor oil from your engine's crankcase can be a problem. When it is time to change the oil in your engine, many people struggle with the decision of how to dispose of the oil in a manner that is safe for the environment.

For many people, the solution is to not dispose of the oil at all, but to make it into diesel fuel. This fuel can then be burned to heat your home or shop during the winter since it burns quite hot and burns any contaminants.

With our filter system attached to the Spillpro, you can prolong the use of your on site crankcase oil by monitoring and putting the oil through our filtering system at the appropriate time.  The fluid analysis will let you know when it is time to filter a last time and use the oil as fuel.  This results in large savings of money while completely using the asset over a longer period of time and protecting the environment.

You can even use it to power your tractor as long as you have a diesel engine and keep the ratio high on the diesel side.  (10% used oil/90% diesel)  The filtering and high diesel content will keep the air pollutants to nil while saving you money.  Some people say you can go 50/50 diesel to used oil for fuel in your diesel engine, but that makes it difficult to meet EPA exhaust requirements.

If you have old crankcase oil that you would like to convert to fuel, look into our Spillpro with attached filter system.  You will be pleased with the resulting extra clean oil for reuse or burning.

The Spillpro

Spill Pro

The Spillpro is a fast, affordable and environmentally friendly fluid recovery system. The pneumatic vacuum was originally designed to clean up spills in shops, and it does that very well: however, new uses are always being discovered for this "Great" pneumatic tool.

Using the air powered vacuum to evacuate crakcase oil directly from the vehicle and filtering oil for recycling (using our special attachment to the Spillpro) are just two of the many beneficial ideas developed.

You can use it for cleaning gas spills, diesel spills, antifreeze spills, as well as cleaning up oil spills.  Absorbant pads, floor dry, sawdust, shop towels and mops are traditionally used for spill cleaning, but this process creates waste that still must be properly disposed of.  Our alternative, the Spillpro, makes quick work of your spill cleanup and eliminates the disposal costs.  In addition to elimination of most disposal costs, your air-powered vacuum often turns your waste into an asset which helps make the Spillpro a tool that "pays for itself".  Check out our testimonials at the Spillpro tab above.

BioRem-2000

altBioremediation is the application of biological microbes for the clean up of hazardous oil spills resulting in a safe, efficient and cost-effective solution. Bioremediation uses microbes, enzymes, oxygen and other nutrients to chemically transform oil into carbon dioxide and water.

After you pick up the big part of a spill with the Spillpro to recycle, finish up hydrocarbon spills with BioRem-2000 Surface Cleaner. The Microbe Technology will transform the remaining light film into water and carbon dioxide. USDA-approved and will eliminate 100% of disposal costs as it is EPA approved to wash down the drain.  Video
